My name is Nicole Parrott, and I am proud to serve as the Executive Managing Director for Jooma Homes Keller Williams Realty. With over 25 years of experience in customer service, I bring a passion for helping others and a dedication to excellence in everything I do.

Behind the scenes and sometimes on the front lines, I work to ensure every real estate transaction runs smoothly. From coordinating details to solving challenges, my goal is to create seamless experiences for our clients and our team.

Chattanooga has been my home since 1995, and I love being part of this vibrant community. I have been happily married for 15 years and am a proud mom to my 13-year-old son, who truly lights up my world.

When I’m not working, I enjoy giving back by volunteering with our local fire department. It’s a way to support my community and stay connected with the people who make this area so special.
